If there is a nicer guy to work for than owner Adrian Ramirez, then we have yet to meet him. This former bus driver from Mexico City immigrated to Minnesota and has been showing the locals how capitalism works ever since. 

Forget the Taco Bells, the Chipotlés, and other wannabes.....

This is REAL Mexican food and you'll find yourself staring bug eyed at at the menu, lost,  having never seen many of these items before. 

The build out took far longer than hoped, but when you hear those sausages sizzle, watch the tortillas steam and taste the flavours of the south, you know at that moment it was all well worth it.
